Welcome to Pizza Heaven. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Prices listed on our platform are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly indicated before checkout.

3. Delivery and Pickup

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

For pickup orders, please bring a valid ID that matches the name on the order. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the pickup time may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. After this time, cancellation may not be possible as food preparation may have begun.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

• The order was not delivered within a reasonable time frame (60 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time)
• The food quality was significantly below our standards
• The order was incorrect or incomplete

To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pizza Heaven and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pizza Heaven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Allergen Information

While we take precautions to label ingredients and allergens, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. If you have food allergies, please contact us directly before placing an order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
